Does this sound familiar
“You’re exhausted but can’t sleep. You know what you should be doing but can’t seem to do it. You’ve lost track of who you are outside of what you do for everyone else.”
You don’t need another quick fix. You need someone who actually sees the full picture.
What coaching can help with
You don’t need to have it figured out to begin.
Health coaching is for the mother who knows something needs to change but isn’t sure where to start. You bring the willingness — I help you find the way.
Whether you’re three months postpartum or three years in and still not feeling like yourself, this work meets you where you actually are.

This is for the mother who is done surviving and ready to actually feel well.
“You already know something needs to change. That knowing is where we begin.”
My signature 6-pillar approach
Work across one pillar or all six — depending on what you need and where you are.
Movement + Fitness
Returning to movement in a way that actually feels good — not punishing. Strength, energy and rebuilding postpartum physical health on your terms.
Nutrition & Eating
Rooted in intuitive eating and a body-neutral framework. Your relationship with food — no food rules, no guilt, no diet culture.
Sleep & Nervous System
For the mother who is wired and tired. Practical tools to help your nervous system feel safe enough to rest.
Mindset & Identity
Who are you outside of what you do for everyone else? Self-concept, values and the internal work that underpins everything else.
Relationships & Community
Connection, belonging and the quality of your relationships directly affect your health. For mothers who feel isolated or know community is the missing piece.
Connection to Nature
Grounding, seasonal living and reconnecting to the natural world as part of your health practice. A returning to something we were never meant to live without.
Not sure which pillar to start with? That’s what the assessment consultation is for.

Frequently asked
Questions worth asking.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. Health coaching sits alongside therapy, not in place of it. If you’re currently working with a mental health professional we can work in a complementary way. I’ll always refer you when something comes up that needs it.
Do I need to be local to Cairns?
No — everything is delivered online. Consultations via video call, check-ins via online forms, support via WhatsApp. I can support you anywhere in Australia or beyond.
I’m not sure which pillar to start with.
That’s exactly what the assessment consultation is for. Most mothers find one area is most pressing right now — and often shifting one thing moves others.
What if I’m in a really hard season?
Sometimes a hard season is exactly when structured support matters most. We’d talk about that honestly in the assessment call — no pressure, just an honest conversation.
What does trauma-informed mean in practice?
It means I understand that health behaviours don’t happen in a vacuum. I don’t push through resistance — I get curious about it. I work at your pace and I never pathologise your responses.
What if I want to stop before the minimum term?
The minimum term exists because real change takes time. That said, life happens — if something comes up we talk about it. Everything is in the service agreement before you sign.
How is this different from seeing a GP or dietitian?
Health coaching works alongside your existing healthcare team — it doesn’t replace them. Where a GP manages conditions and a dietitian focuses on nutrition, I look at the whole picture and help you actually implement change in your real life.
I have a neurodivergent diagnosis — is this still for me?
Yes — explicitly. My approach is designed with neurodivergent mothers in mind. That means flexible structures, no shame around inconsistency and support that works with your brain, not against it.
